1 Introduction

PT Pamora Coffee Indonesia ("Company", "we", "us") respects the privacy of users of the Maksimal Food iOS application ("App", bundle identifier id.co.pamora.maksimalfood). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, and protect your personal information when you use the App on iPhone or iPad to order food and beverages, manage deliveries, earn loyalty points, and make payments.

By downloading, installing, and using the App from the Apple App Store, you consent to the collection and use of information in accordance with this policy, as well as to Apple's standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement (EULA) that governs your license to use the App on iOS devices.

Data Use Summary (for Apple App Privacy labels): We collect data linked to your identity for app functionality only (Contact Info, Location, Purchase History, Identifiers, User Content limited to order notes). We do not use any data to track you across apps and websites owned by other companies.

2 Information We Collect

a. Account Information

  • First name and last name
  • Phone number (with country code) used for registration and WhatsApp OTP verification
  • Member code and account identifier
  • Referral code (if you register using one)

b. Location Information

  • GPS coordinates (latitude and longitude) to determine and map your delivery address
  • Saved delivery addresses, including labels (Home, Office, etc.), street address, contact name, and additional address details such as unit or floor number
  • Last known location cached on-device for up to 5 minutes to improve address accuracy

c. Order & Transaction Data

  • Order history, cart contents, and selected menu items
  • Delivery and pickup preferences, including catering orders
  • Payment transactions processed via QR code and integrated payment gateway
  • Loyalty point balance, point history, and redemption records
  • Voucher and promotional code usage
  • Reservation bookings (date, time, and party size)
  • Referral activity and mission/reward engagement

d. Authentication Data

  • Hashed password stored on our backend
  • One-time passwords (OTP) sent via WhatsApp for phone verification (valid for 5 minutes)
  • Session tokens stored locally on your device via shared_preferences (valid up to 24 hours)

e. Technical Data

  • Standard request metadata sent to our servers (device platform identifier, app version included in HTTP headers, and IP address)
  • Application activity logs used for troubleshooting and abuse prevention
What we do NOT collect: We do not collect health data, contacts, microphone audio, camera photos, Advertising Identifier (IDFA), browsing history outside the App, or any biometric data. The App does not use Firebase, Mixpanel, AppsFlyer, Adjust, Facebook SDK, or any analytics/advertising SDK.

3 How We Use Your Information

  • Create and manage your customer account
  • Process and fulfill your food and beverage orders
  • Determine accurate delivery addresses and coordinate with couriers
  • Process payments and generate QR codes for checkout
  • Award, redeem, and track loyalty points and vouchers
  • Manage reservations, missions, and referral programs
  • Send transactional notifications (order status, delivery updates)
  • Provide customer support and respond to your inquiries
  • Maintain the security and integrity of our services
  • Comply with applicable laws and regulations in Indonesia (including UU PDP 2022)

4 iOS Permissions

In line with Apple's transparency requirements, the App requests the following iOS permissions. Each is declared in the App's Info.plist with a human-readable purpose string shown in the iOS system prompt:

You can revoke any permission in iOS Settings → Privacy & Security at any time. Core ordering remains available; only the specific feature tied to the permission (such as GPS-based address) will be disabled.

5 App Tracking Transparency (ATT)

The App does not track you. We do not use the iOS Advertising Identifier (IDFA), and we do not share data with third parties for cross-app or cross-website advertising. Accordingly, the App does not present an App Tracking Transparency prompt and declares "Data Not Used to Track You" on its Apple App Privacy listing.

6 Third-Party Services

The App integrates the following third-party services to deliver its features:

  • Google Maps (Maps SDK for iOS) — Used to display maps and convert GPS coordinates into readable addresses. Usage is subject to Google's Privacy Policy.
  • Google Fonts — Used to render typography in the App. Font assets may be fetched from Google's servers, which may log standard request metadata (such as IP address) per Google's Privacy Policy.
  • Payment Gateway — Payments for physical goods (food and beverages) are processed through a secure in-app WebView by our payment partner, as permitted by Apple App Store Review Guideline 3.1.3(e) for real-world goods and services. Payment credentials are handled directly by the payment provider and are not stored on our servers or your device.
  • WhatsApp — Used to deliver one-time passwords (OTP) for phone number verification. Verification may return to the App via a custom URL scheme (dialogcoffee://verify) that includes a temporary OTP, session identifier, and signature, valid only for the brief verification window and discarded afterwards.
  • Delivery Partners — Couriers receive limited order information (name, delivery address, phone) necessary to complete delivery.

7 Apple's End User License Agreement

The App is licensed, not sold, to you for use only under the terms of the standard Apple Licensed Application End User License Agreement (available here), together with these Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. In the event of any conflict, the Apple EULA shall govern matters specific to the iOS platform (such as third-party beneficiary rights and export restrictions).

8 Data Storage & Security

We apply reasonable security measures to protect your data, including HTTPS/TLS encryption, token-based authentication, and hashed password storage.
  • Data is stored on secure servers operated by or on behalf of PT Pamora Coffee Indonesia, located in Indonesia
  • All traffic between the App and our servers is encrypted via HTTPS/TLS
  • Passwords are never stored in plain text
  • Local data on your device (session tokens and cached profile) is stored in shared_preferences and cleared when you log out or delete your account

9 Data Sharing

We do not sell or rent your personal data, and we do not share it for third-party advertising or analytics.

Your information is shared only in the following situations:

  • With delivery partners to fulfill your order
  • With payment providers to process your transactions
  • With service providers (hosting, messaging, mapping) bound by confidentiality obligations
  • With authorities when required by applicable Indonesian law (such as UU PDP 2022) or by valid legal process

10 Data Retention

We retain your personal data only for as long as necessary to provide the service and to comply with legal obligations (such as tax and transaction records under Indonesian accounting law, typically 10 years). When you delete your account, we remove or anonymize data that is no longer required by law.

11 Your Rights & Account Deletion

You have the right to:

  • Access your profile and order history through the App
  • Update your name, phone number, and saved addresses in the Account section
  • Delete your account (see below)
  • Withdraw consent for marketing communications at any time
  • Request information about the personal data we hold about you
How to request account deletion (Apple guideline 5.1.1(v)):
  • Open the App and go to Account → Settings → Delete Account to submit a deletion request from within the App, or
  • Email admin@dialogcoffee.co.id from the phone number associated with your account.
Upon verification, your account will be deactivated within 7 business days and personal data removed or anonymized within 30 days, except data we are required by Indonesian law to retain.

12 Users in the European Economic Area (EEA/UK)

If you are located in the EEA, United Kingdom, or Switzerland, you have additional rights under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), including the right to lodge a complaint with your local Data Protection Authority. The legal basis for our processing is (a) contract performance (order fulfillment), (b) legitimate interests (fraud prevention, service improvement), and (c) consent (marketing). 13 Users in California (CCPA/CPRA)

If you are a California resident, you have the right to know what personal information we collect, to request deletion, and to opt out of "sale" or "sharing" of personal information. We do not sell or share your personal information as those terms are defined under the CCPA/CPRA. Contact us at the email above to exercise any California rights.

14 Minimum Age

The App is rated 17+ on the Apple App Store and is not intended for users under 17 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal data from users below the minimum age. If you believe a minor has provided personal information to us, please contact us and we will delete it.

15 Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through the App and reflected in the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated policy.

1 Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, registering, or using the Maksimal Food iOS application ("App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service, the Apple Licensed Application End User License Agreement (EULA), and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the App.

2 License & Apple Platform

The App is licensed — not sold — to you. Apple Inc. is not a party to this agreement but is a third-party beneficiary entitled to enforce it. The license:

  • Is limited to a non-transferable license to use the App on any Apple-branded product you own or control, consistent with the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions
  • May not be used to build a competing product or to reverse-engineer the App
  • Requires you to comply with the Usage Rules in the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions

3 Description of Service

Maksimal Food is a food and beverage ordering application operated by PT Pamora Coffee Indonesia. The App provides the following features:

  • Browsing menu and placing orders for food and beverages
  • Home delivery with GPS-based address selection
  • In-store pickup
  • Catering orders
  • QR code and online payment via integrated payment gateway
  • Loyalty points, missions, and rewards
  • Voucher and promotional code redemption
  • Referral program
  • Table or seating reservations

4 Eligibility & Accounts

  • You must be at least 17 years old to use the App
  • You must provide accurate and current information during registration
  • Account registration requires a valid phone number capable of receiving WhatsApp OTP
  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
  • You must not share your account, impersonate another person, or create multiple accounts to abuse promotions

5 Orders, Payment & External Transactions

  • Prices shown in the App are in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise
  • The App sells physical goods and services (food, beverages, catering, delivery, and in-store experiences) consumed outside of the App. In accordance with Apple App Store Review Guideline 3.1.3(e), such goods are paid for using our integrated third-party payment provider and not through Apple In-App Purchase
  • Orders are confirmed once payment is successfully processed by the payment provider
  • We reserve the right to reject or cancel orders in cases of product unavailability, pricing errors, or suspected fraud
  • We do not store your full payment credentials; they are handled directly by the payment provider

6 Delivery & Pickup

  • Estimated delivery times are approximate and may vary based on distance, traffic, and outlet workload
  • You are responsible for providing an accurate delivery address and ensuring someone is available to receive the order
  • If no one is available at the delivery address, the courier may attempt to contact you; repeated failed deliveries may result in order cancellation without refund
  • Pickup orders must be collected within the time window indicated in the App

7 Cancellations & Refunds

  • Orders may be cancelled before the outlet begins preparation, subject to the cancellation policy shown at checkout
  • Refunds for cancelled or undelivered orders will be processed through the original payment method within a reasonable time frame, in accordance with the payment provider's refund schedule
  • Food quality complaints should be submitted through the customer support channel within 24 hours of delivery
  • Apple is not responsible for the App, its content, or any claims arising from the App; refund requests for App Store purchases (if any) must be directed to Apple

8 Loyalty Points, Vouchers & Referrals

  • Loyalty points have no cash value and cannot be transferred, sold, or exchanged for cash
  • Vouchers and promotional codes are subject to the specific terms shown at the time of issuance, including expiry dates and usage limits
  • Referral rewards are awarded only for genuine referrals; we reserve the right to withhold rewards in cases of abuse, fake accounts, or self-referral
  • We may adjust, expire, or revoke points, vouchers, or rewards in cases of fraud or policy violation

9 Acceptable Use

You agree to use the App only for:

  • Placing genuine orders for personal consumption
  • Participating honestly in loyalty and referral programs
  • Accessing features in the manner they are intended

10 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited:
  • Submitting fake orders, payment information, or delivery addresses
  • Abusing promotions, referrals, or loyalty points through fake or duplicate accounts
  • Using the App for any unlawful purpose
  • Attempting to access another user's account or personal data
  • Reverse engineering, decompiling, or modifying the App
  • Disrupting, overloading, or attacking our servers or services
  • Harassing, threatening, or abusing couriers, outlet staff, or customer support
  • Using the App in a country embargoed by the U.S. Government, or if you are on any U.S. Government list of prohibited or restricted parties (per Apple EULA requirement)

11 Account Suspension & Deletion

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. You may request deletion of your account at any time through the in-App deletion flow (Account → Settings → Delete Account) or by emailing admin@dialogcoffee.co.id. Upon deletion:

  • Your account will be deactivated and you will not be able to log in
  • Unused points, vouchers, and rewards will be forfeited
  • Transaction records required by law (such as tax and financial records) may be retained for the required retention period

12 Intellectual Property

The App, including its design, logos, trademarks, text, graphics, and code, is the property of PT Pamora Coffee Indonesia. You are granted a limited, non-transferable, revocable right to use the App for its intended purpose. You may not copy, reproduce, or use our intellectual property without written permission.

13 Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

The App is provided "as is" and "as available". While we strive to maintain availability and accuracy, we do not guarantee that the App will always be free from interruptions, errors, or inaccuracies. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.

No Apple warranty. You acknowledge that Apple has no obligation whatsoever to furnish any maintenance or support services with respect to the App. In the event of any failure of the App to conform to any applicable warranty, you may notify Apple, and Apple will refund the purchase price for the App (if any); to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Apple has no other warranty obligation whatsoever with respect to the App.

14 Product Claims & Intellectual Property Claims

PT Pamora Coffee Indonesia, not Apple, is solely responsible for addressing any user or third-party claims relating to the App or the user's possession and/or use of the App, including (but not limited to): (i) product liability claims; (ii) any claim that the App fails to conform to any applicable legal or regulatory requirement; and (iii) claims arising under consumer protection, privacy, or similar legislation. In the event of any third-party claim that the App or your use of the App infringes that party's intellectual property rights, PT Pamora Coffee Indonesia will be solely responsible for the investigation, defense, settlement and discharge of any such claim.

15 Apple as Third-Party Beneficiary

Apple and Apple's subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms of Service, and upon your acceptance of these Terms, Apple will have the right (and will be deemed to have accepted the right) to enforce these Terms against you as a third-party beneficiary thereof.

16 Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Material changes will be communicated through the App. Continued use of the App after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.

17 Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Indonesia. Any dispute arising from the use of the App shall be resolved in the competent courts of Indonesia, without prejudice to the consumer protection rights of users residing in other jurisdictions.
